Once your tools are live, it's time to start helping onboard or update your retailers. We've assembled a list of best practices for best connecting them with Locally.
Key Account Intros
We make direct email introductions between your Locally account management contact and the best retailer contacts. Use this for VIP stores and large chains we aren't yet connected with.
Direct Retailer Intros from Sales Reps
Sales reps love Locally. You can organize a formal training session with your sales reps or block off 30 minutes at one of your upcoming meetings, and we can remote in.
You can also ask your sales reps to help them sign up on their next visit or have them email the retailers directly and cc [email protected] Use this for key regional accounts.
E-Blast to Stores
Send out an announcement to stores via an email blast that provides a quick overview of how you've implemented Locally on your site, and a list of their next steps. We'd be happy to help with the copy on this email.
Press ReleaseA press release is a great way to get the story out about how you are supporting your retailers. Locally can provide previous press release examples and a quote.
